Gemini 2 Level 6 Factory Upgrade Service

This is a service to send in your Gemini 2 to be upgraded to firmware Level 6. 

This service includes:

- Upgrade servo code

- Upgrading Gemini 2 firmware

- Upgrading Hand Controller firmware 

- Testing and validation

- Return shipping (US Domestic only*)

To use this service, you will need to ship your Gemini 2 controller and hand controller to Losmandy to peform the service. Our address is 416 N Varney St, Burbank CA 91502. Turnaround time is based on demand and availability. If fast upgrade is a priority for you, consider purchasing the upgrade kit

*Return shipping is included only for US Domestic delivery. International customers can still use this service, although return shipping costs will be higher. We encourage you to consider purchase of the upgrade kit, which will be available via Losmandy international resellers/distributors
