This is a service to send in your Gemini 2 system to be upgraded to firmware Level 6 at our shop.
This service includes:
- Upgrade servo code
- Upgrading Gemini 2 Mainboard firmware
- Upgrading Hand Controller firmware
- Testing and validation
- Return shipping (US Domestic only*)
To utilize this service, please ship us your Gemini Mainboard(keep inside metal casing) and your hand controller(you don't need to send the cord but we recommend it). Please include a copy of your order in the box, or a note with your name and order number.
Shipping with USPS in their flat-rate boxes(small or medium) is
the fastest and cheapest way to ship, the $175 covers the shipping
cost back to you. Our return time is the same or next day of
receiving your system(closed on the weekends), so the wait is
