The process on sending in your mount for service:

"Order" the product/s and services you would like Scott to upgrade on your mount by clicking the button/s above.  Add any additional request in the comments section.

Submit your order, print the order and include in the box along with your mount, electronics, and motors(take these off your mount for shipping).

We suggest sending back in the original boxes but it you do not have the original box you can purchase a double walled box from Home Depot with Dimensions 20x20x20 and some packaging materials to securely ship your mount in. 

The mount will be returned within 2-4 weeks.

If you would like to purchase the FEDEX label from us please contact us at 747-283-1075 to place your order over the phone after packing up your mount.  Our shipping rates will be less expensive than the retail stores if you would like to take advantage of the savings!
